- 被加熱物を収容する加熱室、該加熱室へ高周波
を供給する高周波供給手段、該高周波供給手段の
温度を検知する温度検知素子、該温度検知素子が
前記高周波供給手段の過熱温度を検知した時に高
周波出力を低減して加熱を継続する制御回路を備
えたことを特徴とする高周波加熱装置。
