よつて各サイリスタを正、負の各半サイクルごと
に導通させるゲート信号を送出する機能と、停電
を検出し、その検出信号によつて導通状態にある
サイリスタのゲート信号を遮断させる機能とを有
する制御回路を備えたことを特徴とする常時商用
