Abstract

PURPOSE:To make possible the continuous and simultaneous mixing and distribution of products in a comparatively narrow space by distributing granular, solid products from a rotating chute to many stationary chutes and receiving the products in containers placed below each stationary chute. CONSTITUTION:A feeder 2 is provided below a hopper 1 for storing products, and then a rotating chute 3 is provided which rotates around a vertical shaft below the feeder 20. Next the products which drop from the rotating chute 3 are received by an annular distributor 9. Containers for receiving the products 11, 12 are placed below stationary chutes 7, 8 connected radially to the distributor 9. Consequently it is possible to mix and distribute granular, solid products continuously at the same time in a comparatively small space.

[Prior art 1] In order to level out the variations in the composition and shape of granular solid products from loft to loft within a certain standard range before shipping, it is not possible to mix and level the products of each lot. This is a common practice. A mixer often used for this purpose is called a container rotating type, and the horizontally rotating cylindrical type and V type are representative mixers. It can also be applied to materials that are easily crushed, such as granules and granules. Since the tIII structure is simple and easy to clean, there are many models that are convenient for the purpose of obtaining a mixture of polystyrene products using the same mixer.

[Problems to be solved by the invention] However, all conventional methods are batch-type, and when handling a large amount of products, there are problems such as long mixing time and poor space utilization. Furthermore, the dispensing of the mixed product is carried out by separate equipment, which requires a large amount of space.

The product placed in the hopper passes through the feeder and enters the rotating chute. From the rotating chute, the product enters a plurality of stationary chutes connected to a distributor and is further placed in containers placed below the stationary chutes. Thus, one loft's product is distributed among multiple containers, and one container contains multiple lots of product. Although layering of each lot's product within a container is inevitable, the average composition or shape between containers is leveled. It is fine if the product can be shipped as is, but if segregation in the container becomes a problem, the product in the container can be further placed in the hopper and mixed and distributed repeatedly to reduce the segregation.

Similarly, the product passing through the fixed chute 8 enters the container 12 placed on the outer circumference 81. 13 is the center of two concentric circles 71 and 81, which is on the rotation axis of the rotating chute 9. In this embodiment, the containers are placed on the two circumferences, but the invention is not limited to this. The arrangement of the outlets allows more containers to be placed in the same space.

The operation of the mixing and distributing apparatus constructed as above will be explained below.Products of each lot are charged into the hopper 1 by a lifting device (not shown). The product placed in the hopper 1 passes through the feeder 2 and enters the rotating feed 3. From the pivoting chute 3, the product enters a plurality of fixed chutes 7.8 connected to a distributor 9 and is further placed in containers 11.12 placed below the fixed chutes 7.8. Thus, one lot of product is distributed into a plurality of containers 11.12, one container containing a number of lots of product. Although layering of each lot's product within a container is inevitable, the average composition or shape between containers is leveled. At this time, if the rotating speed of the rotating sudo is increased, the layer thickness of the product becomes thinner, and the degree of mixing is improved. If it can be shipped as is, pack the container and ship it.

If segregation within the container becomes a problem, the product in the container will be further placed in the hopper for mixing. For this reason, it is desirable that the lifting device is constructed in such a way that the container 11, 12 can be directly placed on the lifting device without replacing the product.

In addition, if the charging level of the products charged into the containers arranged on the circumference in Fig. 2 is gradually raised or lowered in the charging direction of the rotating chute, the containers charged with a predetermined amount can be Continuous charging can be performed by sequentially replacing five empty containers. At this time, the amount of cutout from the feeder may be adjusted as necessary.

The required component of the product is 50±0.6%, and all of the above 50 points are within this range, but if the product is shipped as is, there will be a problem from the customer's point of view: (1) the component is not stable. Therefore, using the mixing and distributing apparatus according to this embodiment, the mixture was distributed into 20 containers each weighing 175 kg placed as shown in FIG. In this way, the average value of V in all 20 containers becomes 500±0.6%, and variations among the containers can be minimized. At this time,
The above 50 products are layered in the container, but if this becomes a problem, they can be distributed again using the mixer/distributor to level out the component (1) in the container.
