【考案の詳細な説明】 本考案は強制給気式燃焼装置に於ける安全装置
に関するものである。

のでは、燃焼室である熱交換器と空気分布室、熱
交換器と排気筒の各々の接続部及びこれらの高温
部に対して複数の感温センサーを配設しなければ
ならず、その設定及び配線が複雑となる欠点を有
するとともに、時として熱交換器の壁が熱歪によ
り破れた場合には燃焼用空気供給用フアンに燃焼
ガスが吸引されてしまうため前記感温センサーの
感知が出来ず、火災等の危険を有する欠点があつ
た。

ている。熱交換器9の内部は燃焼室となり空胴と
なつているとともに上方をフイン11が連設され
ている。熱交換器9の上方の開口はフランジ8を
形成している。12はパツキング材であり排気洩
れを防止する。13は排気筒で燃焼ガスを装置本
体1外部に排出するようにしている。14は空気
取入口であり排気筒13、熱交換器9の周辺部を
流れる空気流を形成させている。15は支切板で
あり、一面は電装品16、コントロール部17を
取付けるとともに、他面は空気流を形成誘導させ
るように区画している。18は温度検知素子であ
り、例えば、温度を検知する素子としては、バイ
メタルタルスイツチ、又はサーミスターなどを使
用する。

上部近傍に設置すれば、フランジ8面でのシール
洩れや、熱歪によるシール洩れや、熱交換器9の
破損による洩れに対して、検知が確実に出来る。

くしかも信頼性を得るものであり、構成も簡単で
ある等の効果を有する。
