力手段に接続され、データを暗号化する暗号化手
段と、 前記カードデータ入出力手段および非接触入出
力手段に接続され、暗号化されたデータを復号す
る復号手段とを有し、 前記ＩＣカードとの間で授受かれるデータを前
記暗号化手段により暗号化して前記外部装置との
間で非接触で授受することを特徴とするＩＣカー
