等の弾性材からなる断熱・弾発層を設け、この断熱・弾
発層表面の全面に亘り金属系であって良い抵抗発熱層を
形成する構造が提案されている。この構造によれば抵抗
発熱層のみが昇温すれば上記定着作業を行い得ることか
ら、加熱ロールの昇温時間が短縮される。
