- 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 温度検出部の熱を、該温度検出部から離間した
作動部材に伝達し、該作動部材にて開閉弁を動作
させることにより前記温度検出部のバルブ温度調
整用流体を制御してなるものであつて、 前記温度検出部の熱を熱伝導体を介して前記作
動部材に伝達すると共に、前記作動部材を形状記
憶合金で形成したことを特徴とする温度制御装置
