Claims (1)
流量を制御することに依つて流出する液体の温度
調節をする温度調節バルブにおいて、上記液体通
路を流れる液体に熱的に関連付けられた水素吸蔵
合金を充填したベローズと、その水素吸蔵合金の
感熱による水素ガス圧の変化に応答して伸縮する
ベローズに連動するニードル弁と、から成り、こ
のニードル弁は上記液体通路に設けた開孔の面積
を変化させる構成であることを特徴とした温度調
