Claims (1)
軸受と、軸方向磁気力が制御される制御式磁気軸

軸受装置において、 少なくとも前記制御式磁気軸受の固定部を軸方
向に剛に支持するための支持部材と、 少なくとも前記制御式磁気軸受のラジアル方向
を支持する減衰部材とを備えた、磁気軸受装置。 (2) 前記減衰部材はケースと前記制御式磁気軸
受との固定部との間に挿入されるシリコンゴムを
含む、請求項1項記載の磁気軸受装置。 (3) 前記減衰部材はケースと前記制御式磁気軸
受の固定部との間に挿入されるOリングを含み、 前記Oリングと前記固定部との間の接触面積を
変えることによつて締付け力を調整するようにし
