包装フイルムの搬送面の少し上方位置に、略平行
な光線を射出して、前記検査領域の中心から遠方
側を指向して前記包装フイルムの表面を鋭角度で
照射する一対の平行光光源と、夫々反対側の前記
平行光光源からの光を反射して、前記検査領域の
中心から近方側を指向して前記包装フイルムの表
面を鋭角度で照射する一対の反射ミラーとを設け
るとともに、前記遮光ボツクス内の前記検査領域
の上方位置に、前記各収納ポケツト内の前記被包
物の表面と対応する領域を撮像するＣＣＤカメラ
等の光電センサを設けたことを特徴とするパツケ
