Claims (1)
- 弁箱内部と弁の開閉操作用エアーシリンダーと
を金属製ダイヤフラムにより隔離して弁箱内部を
清浄に保つ型式のダイヤフラム弁で、且つ前記エ
アーシリンダーのピストンによりダイヤフラム押
し棒を介して前記ダイヤフラムの裏面を弁箱内部
の弁座シート面に押し当てることにより弁の閉鎖
を行うダイヤフラム弁に於いて、前記金属製ダイ
ヤフラムを、中央に円形の水平部、その周りに緩
かな下向きの環状傾斜部、さらにその周りに環状
の水平部を有する扁平山形形状になすと共に前記
環状傾斜部に同芯に断面円弧状の環状凸部を設け
た金属製ダイヤフラムとなしたことを特徴とする
ダイヤフラム弁。
