なつて膨大な費用を要するという問題があつた。 一方、リツパシヤンクの場合はリツピングだけ
で排水溝を形成することを目的としたもので、前
記トレンチヤの場合と同じくリツパシヤンク自体
で暗渠を形成することは不可能である。 特に、軟弱土壌にあつて前記リツピングだけで
排水溝を形成することは至極困難であり、このた
め軟弱土壌の排水効率を向上させ得ず、該土壌を
改善するまでに至らないのが実情である。 また、例えば実開昭53−104037号の暗渠形排水
溝の作溝装置では、作溝器取付板の先端に横向き
の軸体を設け、その後端に中空の弾筒体を連接
し、該弾筒体の中空に螺杆を通して軸体とネジ止
