(Problems to be Solved by the Invention) However, the above-mentioned base fabric for embroidered lace has a tendency to expand and contract, and the above-mentioned problems during embroidery processing have not yet been satisfactorily solved. Therefore, most of the problems caused by elasticity can be solved by intertwining the back yarn not only with the center stitch of the front yarn but also with other stitches to form a double loop. As a result, the fabric was too hard and the feel of the fabric was impaired.

(Means for Solving the Problems) In view of the above-mentioned circumstances, the present invention is a base fabric for embroidered lace provided to solve these problems. , after the back yarn 3 is woven into a discontinuous stitch formed by waving 1 wale of the two front yarns 1 and 2 in an intersecting manner by waving 1 wale a predetermined even number of times 2x, approximately x
One wale is knitted 2x times into adjacent non-continuous stitches similar to the above at the course hop, and is returned to the original non-continuous stitch by approximately x courses again, and each back yarn 3 It has a structure in which it is woven in such a way that it is woven in different directions.

(Function) The base fabric having the above structure includes a portion of the back yarn 3, a stitch portion of the front yarns 1 and 2, a portion where the back yarn 3 is knitted into the stitches of the front yarns 1 and 2, a portion of the back yarn 3, a stitch portion of the front yarns 1 and 2, a portion of the back yarn 3, Back yarn 3 in the stitch by 2,
3 is knitted, two sides are part a of only back thread 3, one side is part c of front threads 1 and 2 and back thread 3, and one side is part c of front threads 1 and 2 and back threads 3 and 3. The part d is one side and the front thread 1,
Since the portion b of 2 is formed by each hexagonal mesh on one side, the elasticity can be kept at an appropriate level.

Discontinuous rows of stitches 1a and 2a are formed by swinging one wale in the shape of one wale, and one back yarn 3 is placed in these discontinuous rows of stitches 1a and 2a.
The wale is woven by waving the wale 8 times in a row, and the adjacent front yarn 1',
The same stitch 1'a as above formed by 2',
It is sent to row 2'a, knitted in one wale eight times in the same manner as above, and then returned to the original discontinuous rows 1a and 2a in three courses and knitted again.
The back yarn 3' is similarly knitted into rows of non-continuous stitches 1'a and 2'a, which are formed by swinging the front yarns 1' and 2' crosswise in one wale. The stitches 1 and 2 are knitted into the adjacent stitch row on the different side from the stitches 1a and 2a row, and are returned to the original stitch row 1'a and 2'a, but the back yarns 3 and 3' The three courses are woven in a staggered manner.

In this way, each back yarn is knitted in three courses between adjacent non-continuous stitch rows, so that part a of back yarn 3 and front yarns 1 and 2, and part C of back yarn 3 and front 6 by 6 parts: part d of threads 1, 2 and back threads 3, 3, part a of back thread 3, part b of front threads 1, 2, and part c of front threads 1, 2 and back thread 3. It is made up of horny eyes.

Further, front threads 1 and 2 can have a thickness of 70 denier to 15 denier, but those with a thickness of 40 denier or less are suitable for use as a base fabric for embroidery because they have a soft feel. Also, the back yarn 3 is suitably in the range of 200 denier to 70 denier, and both the front yarns 1 and 2 and the back yarn 3 may be monofilament or multifilament yarns, and stitches 1' and 2' may be open or closed. good.

Further, in the above embodiment, 2x was set to 8, but by setting 2x to an appropriate number, the tortoiseshell-shaped eyes can be made larger or smaller, and the hardness and elasticity of the base fabric can be changed as desired.

(Effects) The embroidery lace base fabric according to the present invention is constructed as described above, and has 20 courses of hexagonal knitting structure.
Two sides where the square stitches are made up of only back yarns, and one side where the stitches are made up of two front yarns.
It is formed by two sides consisting of the stitches of two front yarns and one back yarn, and one side consisting of the stitches of two front yarns and two back yarns, so the stitches are tight and the needle does not move. It makes it slippery and stabilizes the structure, so the needle is less likely to get caught during embroidery, and the thread does not break and has less elasticity, making embroidery easier and the embroidery finished beautifully.

In addition, by changing the number of swings as appropriate, the size of the hexagonal squares and the softness of the base fabric can be changed, so it is possible to obtain a base fabric for embroidered lace that is suitable for the intended use.
