尚、図面中、2は指、3はカフ、6は発光ダイ
オード、7は発振器、8はスイツチングトランジ
スタ、10はフオトトランジスタ、12はバンド
パスフイルタ、13は検波器、15は圧力供給源
、16は供給圧力制御手段、27は圧力センサで
ある。
