本発明は低電力でテープを一定速度で送るよう

記テークアツプリール1bをモータ(図示せず)
により回転させ、テープ4に軽く接してテープ速
度に応じた速度で回転するテープ速度検出ローラ
3により、テープ速度が基準一定速度V(cm/
sec)になつたと検出されるまで回転速度を上昇
させる。このとき前記サプライリール1a及びテ
ークアツプリール1bの回転数を夫々n0(rpm)、
n1(rpm)、またテープ4の巻径を含む夫々の半径
をr0(cm)、r1(cm)とすると、次式の関係が成立
