Claims (1)
器と、センサ変換器を支持する支持部材と、ハウ
ジングの一端に設けられる圧力感知素子と、感知
素子から変換器への力の伝達を行なうようハウジ
ング内で軸方向に感知素子とセンサ変換器との間
に延在する力伝達部材とからなり、該変換器は感
知素子に加わる圧力を表わす出力信号を出力する
ように応答し、ハウジングと支持部材は互いに嵌
入し合い、ハウジングと部材との相対的な軸方向
位置はハウジングの永久的な塑性変形により固定
されてなる、例えば内燃エンジンの燃焼室の大気
圧以上の圧力を感知する高圧センサ。 (2) 圧力感知素子は、ハウジングの折り返され
た環状の肩によりクランプされる縁部を有するダ
イヤフラムからなることを特徴とする請求項1記
載の高圧センサ。 (3) カツプ状の形状でありハウジングの対応す
る縁部に固定される縁部を有する力伝達部材の案
内部材からなることを特徴とする請求項1記載の
高圧センサ。 (4) 支持部材は、環状凹部を有する絶縁体であ
り、前記ハウジングの永久的な塑性変形は該凹部
内に位置することを特徴とする請求項1記載の高
圧センサ。 (5) 一端にダイヤフラムを有する金属性環状ハ
ウジングと、変換器を担持する絶縁体と、変換器
に接続される導線と、電気出力を発生するようダ
イヤフラムの運動を変換器に結合する押し棒とか
らなり、該絶縁体は管状ハウジングにロツクされ
、センサ導線への外部接続のための接続装置を形
