Claims (1)
て各複動型往復ポンプ3a,3bに圧送供給され
た各色塗料が、作動流体供給源4から作動流体供
給配管を通じて前記各往復ポンプ3a,3bに圧
送供給される作動流体の流量に応じた所定の流量
で圧し出されて各色替バルブ7a,7bに供給さ
れ、当該各色替バルブ7a,7bの切換によつて
選択された特定色の塗料が塗装機10に定量供給
されるように成された多色塗装装置において、前
記各往復ポンプ3a,3bが、作動流体供給源4
から塗装機10の塗料吐出量に応じた流量で作動
流体を圧送する計量用回転ポンプ11が設けられ
た第一の作動流体供給配管5と、塗装機10に供
給されない塗料を循環させるための作動流体を圧
送する循環用回転ポンプ13が設けられた第二の
作動流体供給配管6に対し、方向制御弁9a,9
bを介して夫々切換可能に接続され、当該各方向
制御弁9a,9bと第二の作動流体供給配管6と
の間を連結する各配管15a,15bには、前色
塗料の洗浄が終了した塗装機10に次色塗料を充
填する際にその充填を行う往復ポンプ3a,3b
に供給される作動流体の流量を塗料循環時よりも
多くする流量調整弁16a,16bが設けられ、
また、前記各塗料供給配管2a,2bにも、塗装
機10に次色塗料を充填する際にその充填を行う
往復ポンプ3a,3bに供給される次色塗料の流
量を塗装時及び塗料循環時よりも多くする流量調
整弁17a,17bが設けられていることを特徴
