Abstract

PURPOSE:To provide the title panel making hair root development favorable through feeding the root of a plant with a sufficient amount of fresh air, so designed that a plastic board containing closed cells is vertically penetrated, and the upper part thereof is formed as a growing chamber, while the lower part as an air chamber. CONSTITUTION:A growing chamber 2 and an air chamber 4 are provided so as to be vertically penetrated through a plastic board 1 containing closed cells. When a sponge 7 supporting the root of a plant is inserted into the growing chamber 2, the lower part of the root reaches the level; on the other hand, the upper part thereof is remained in the air chamber 4, therefore being fed with fresh air at all times through the growing chamber 2, thus the root can respire by intake of a sufficient amount of fresh oxygen.

Prior Art and Its Problems One form of hydroponic cultivation is a floating root cultivation method in which a nutrient solution is placed in a cultivation tank and plants are cultivated by floating a planting panel on the surface of the solution. The roots of terrestrial plants breathe by absorbing oxygen from the air, and if at least some of the roots are not exposed to the air, the roots will rot. for that,
b'C Since then, planting panels with 111 seeds planted in them have been moved up and down according to the growth of the plants, and a recess has been created on the bottom of the planting panels to create a space between them and the water surface (Figure 6). It had been done. However, the former method is laborious and cumbersome, and also requires a device for raising and lowering the planting panel. On the other hand, in the latter case, there is a problem that in such a closed space, it is not possible to supply a sufficient amount of fresh oxygen to the roots of plants, which require a large amount of oxygen for growth.

Means for Solving the Problems The present invention solves the above problems, and provides a planting panel that allows water cultivation to be carried out extremely efficiently since a sufficient amount of fresh oxygen is supplied to the roots. It provides:

An example of the planting panel of the present invention will be described with reference to FIG. 1. A cultivation chamber (21) and an air chamber (4) are vertically connected through the plate (1). The air chamber 141 is formed to be able to be supported within the cultivation chamber (2J), and in the illustrated embodiment, the upper peripheral edge of the air chamber 141 is formed so as to protrude from the bottom peripheral edge of the cultivation chamber (2). 4)
Only the ventilation hole (6) opened on the upper surface of the plate (1) may be communicated with, and the cultivation chamber (2) may be opened to the upper side of the plate (1) through a route other than the cultivation chamber (2).

Function: The planting panel of the present invention has a cultivation chamber (2) and an air chamber (4) vertically penetrating the plate (1), so that the cultivation chamber (21) supports the roots of the plants. Sponge body (
7), the lower part of the root reaches the liquid level, but the upper part remains in the air chamber (4) and is constantly supplied with fresh air through the cultivation chamber [21]. Therefore, the roots can take in and breathe sufficient amount of fresh oxygen. In this case, if ventilation holes (6) are provided, the air supply will be more sufficient.

This is to prevent the material in the cultivation chamber ((2) from sliding down), so it is not necessarily necessary to extend the entire upper periphery of the air chamber G41, and the same effect can be achieved by other alternative means. For example, several protrusions may be provided at the boundary between the cultivation chamber (2) and the air chamber (4).

FIG. 3 is a diagram showing another embodiment, in which a donut-shaped expanded polystyrene plate (1) is provided with a cultivation chamber (2) equipped with an air chamber (A). When this planting panel is applied to a JH style hydroponic culture device, it will look like the one shown in Fig. 4. In this figure, (9) is a hollow cylinder, inside which
A lifting blade (not shown) is built in, which can be freely rotated by a motor flat. A hollow cylinder (9) is set up in the cultivation tank (a) containing the nutrient solution, and the sponge body (7) is inserted into the cultivation chamber (2) by inserting the hole in the center of the donut-shaped planting panel into the hollow cylinder (9). When the motor is rotated, the nutrient solution is pumped up by the pumping blades, overflows above the hollow tube (9), and is stored in the saucer (Iυ).
Further, the water flows down through the water tank O2, which is a net-like water bottle connected to the tray, and returns to the cultivation tank 8. During this time, the nutrient solution is sufficiently aerated, so a large amount of oxygen is dissolved in the nutrient solution in the cultivation tank (a).On the other hand, as mentioned above, in the air chamber)
Since fresh air is supplied to the nutrient solution, the roots in the nutrient solution are exposed to a large amount of dissolved oxygen, and the roots in the air chamber (2) are in contact with fresh air, which is extremely suitable for plant growth. .
