シヨンの1つをマスターステーシヨンとし、他を
リモートステーシヨンとし、且つ、マスターステ
ーシヨンからの制御信号によりリモートステーシ
ヨン間で直接交信を指示するための直接交信指示
信号を伝送路に出力しうる直接交信指示手段を具
備し、マスターステーシヨンのCPUの出力ライ
ンを監視し、前記出力ラインの信号の異常を判定
する異常判定回路と、異常と判定された時CPU
からの送信を止めて、上記直接交信指示手段に対
し直接交信指示信号を伝送路に出力させるための
信号を送出するセーフテイ回路とを設けたことを
