して示す図、第４図はこの考案の対象とするＲＨ
真空脱ガス装置を示す概略図、第５図Ａ，Ｂは従
来の浸漬管フランジ継手部を示す縦断正面図であ

Claims (1)
- 脱ガス槽底部にフランジ継手を介して接続した
浸漬管を有する真空脱ガス装置において、前記フ
ランジ継手部に２個のシール用Ｏリングを内嵌し
、さらに前記Ｏリングの間に設けた円周溝にＡｒ
ガスを導入してＡｒガスシール帯を形成する構造
となしたことを特徴とする真空脱ガス装置におけ
る浸漬管。
