る。 １…磁気抵抗素子型非接触センサ、２…コネク
タ、３…クランク機構、４…出力軸、５…アーマ
チヤ、６…コイル、７…ばね。

Claims (1)
- コイルに通電し、電磁吸引力を発生させて、ア
ーマチヤを作動し、その動きを回転運動に変換し
て、出力軸を回転させるソレノイドアクチユエー
タにおいて、前記出力軸の回転角を検出する磁気
抵抗素子型非接触センサを有し、同非接触センサ
と外部回路とにより位置フイードバツクループを
構成したことを特徴としたソレノイドアクチユエ
ータ。
