Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the sound absorbing performance which provides sufficient sound insulation by composing the board of a porous layer which has pores in its surface and a base layer provided on the reverse surface of the porous layer. CONSTITUTION:The sound insulation concrete board has a surface-side porous layer 2 made of porous concrete, the base layer 3 which is made of concrete with high density is provided on the reverse surface of the porous layer 2, and plural kinds of pores 5a - 5c are formed in the surface. In this case, the frequency range of a sound which is absorbed expands and a sound which resonates in the pores 5a - 5c of the porous layer 2 is diffused from the surfaces of the pores 5a - 5c to cavity capillaries in the porous layer 2. In the process of the diffusion, the sound is attenuated, reflected by striking on the base layer 3, and diffused to the cavity capillaries in the porous layer 2, so that the sound is attenuated more. Consequently, the sufficient sound absorbing performance is added to realize sufficient sound insulation.
