[Detailed Description of the Invention] The present invention relates to floor panels that constitute a floating floor (free access floor), and in particular to floor panels that are placed regularly on the concrete surface (foundation floor surface) of a building, and are arranged regularly in a rectangular shape. The panel corner is placed and supported on each support leg that is set up in a grid pattern at intervals of the length of one side of a normal floor panel. This relates to floor panels.

In an air conditioning system, the space under the floor that constitutes the living space is used as a conditioned air room, and the conditioned air outlet is opened at a desired location on the floor to take out the conditioned air individually. Since openings must be made at desired locations, it is desirable to adopt a floating floor (free access floor) in which the floor panels can be freely removed and replaced.

However, simply removing the floor panel in order to open the conditioned air outlet will make the conditioned air outlet too large, and the conditioned air outlet may be opened in advance or the conditioned air outlet fan (ventilation fan 5' for blowing) should be opened. Even if you prepare a floor panel with
(Refer to Publication No. 53569), the opening position of the conditioned air outlet to the floor changes within the size (area) range of a single floor panel (one panel unit), so changing the layout in the living space It is not always the case that the conditioned air outlet is located at the optimal location on the floor and at the optimal size. However, it is necessary to form a conditioned air outlet in a separate floor panel in accordance with the position and size of the opening, which is time-consuming.
In addition, opening a conditioned air outlet in a floor panel is not easy and requires a special drilling technique using a dedicated drilling machine. ), it was necessary to ask the construction company (engineer) who was doing the construction to drill the holes.

The present invention has been made in view of the above-mentioned conventional circumstances, and is designed to enable the opening position of the conditioned air outlet to be changed in response to changes in the layout of the living space by replacing the laying position with a normal floor panel. Of course, you can freely change the opening position of the conditioned air outlet in all four directions within the size (area) of a normal floor panel, and even finely change it not only in four directions but in all directions to find the optimal position. An object of the present invention is to provide a floor panel for a conditioned air outlet that can be opened.

Hereinafter, an example of the implementation of the present invention will be described based on the drawings. The floating floors A are placed regularly on the concrete base surface 1 at equal intervals, and more specifically, the floating floors A are arranged at equal intervals on the concrete base surface 1. A large number of support legs 2 are installed upright in a grid pattern, and the panel corners of the floor panel 3 are placed and supported on each of the support legs 2, and the floor panels 3 are laid in a bridge-like manner. The underfloor space of this floating floor A is designated as a conditioned air chamber A, and the conditioned air A of this conditioned air chamber 4 is separated onto opposing support rods 10 that are removably bridged between the upper portions of the adjacent support legs 2. The conditioned air is taken out from the conditioned air outlets 6 of the conditioned air outlet floor panel 5, which are freely arranged and configured, through the air circulation device 7 to the living space B, and the space B is air-conditioned.

The length of the strip panel 8 is the same as that of the normal floor panel 3.
The length is the same as one side of the floor panel 3, and the width is set appropriately depending on the number of panels arranged. For example, as shown in FIG. When the length is determined, it is formed into a narrow rectangular shape with the length of one side divided into 5 equal parts and set to 1/5 of the length.

On the lower surfaces of these five strip panels 8 are locking protrusions 11 that fit into the engagement recesses 12 of the support frame 10.
The locking recesses 12 of both support frames 10 are integrally provided to protrude and are fitted and locked onto the panel mounting pedestals 2a of adjacent support legs 2 as shown in FIG.
The locking protrusion 11 is fitted to the five strip panels 8.
These are arranged closely one after another and supported in the same way as a normal floor panel 3 to form a floor panel 5 for a conditioned air outlet having the same size as the floor panel 3 alone.

The support frame 10 is formed to have the same length as one side of a normal floor panel 3 using an L-shaped member, for example, as shown in the figure, and has support legs 2 at the open end side of one horizontal side 10a. An engagement hole 14 is formed to removably fit into and engage with a panel corner engagement convex portion 13 provided on the upper surface of the panel mounting base 2a.
The engagement recesses 12 into which the engagement protrusions 11 of the five strip panels 8 are fitted and locked are formed at the upper end edge of the other side upright side portion 10b at intervals of the width of the strip panels 8.

Thus, the conditioned air outlet floor panel 5 has five strip panels 8 placed on opposing support frames 10 which are removably bridged between the upper parts of the pael mounting pedestals 2a of the adjacent support legs 2. By fitting and locking and arranging them, it is constructed and laid to have the same size as a normal floor panel 3, and as shown in Fig. 2, the conditioned air outlet 6 is located at the center in the length direction of the strip panel 8. By preparing and placing strip panels 8a in which an opening is formed in advance in one section or in one lengthwise direction, and changing the arrangement position and arrangement direction of the strip panels 8a, the following can be achieved when changing the layout of the living space. The first one is one in which the conditioned air outlet 6 can be opened at the optimal position required by the action.

The crosslinking direction of the support frame 10 is changed, that is, the support frame 1
Change the bridging direction so that 0 is bridged between the upper parts of the panel mounting pedestals 2a of the other adjacent support legs 2, and change the arrangement direction of the strip panels 8a by 90 degrees from one direction to face the other direction. By changing and arranging the conditioned air outlets 6, the opening position and opening direction of the conditioned air outlet 6 can be changed, for example, if the opening shape of the conditioned air outlet 6 which is formed in advance as shown in the figure is rectangular, the opening position and the opening direction thereof can be changed. The opening direction can be freely changed in four directions along each side of the periphery of the conditioned air outlet floor panel 5.

Multiple strip panels formed in a thin rectangular shape with the same length as one side of a regular floor panel are installed vertically on a concrete surface in a grid pattern at intervals of one side of the regular floor panel. A floor panel for a conditioned air outlet is constructed with the same size (area) as a normal floor panel by laying and arranging them so that they can be separated from each other on a support frame that is removably bridged between the tops of matching support legs, and is a strip panel. Since the conditioned air outlet is pre-formed in one or more of the floor panels, it is possible to change the layout of the living space by changing the laying position with other floor panels. Not only can the conditioned air outlet be opened at the location where the layout has been changed, but also the conditioned air The opening position of the outlet can be changed freely within the size (area) range of the floor panel for the conditioned air outlet, and by changing the direction of bridging between the tops of adjacent support legs of the support frame, it is possible to change the opening position of the outlet. By changing the arrangement direction of the panels from one direction to the other direction and arranging them, the opening position of the conditioned air outlet can be adjusted along each side of the periphery of the floor panel for the conditioned air outlet. It can be freely changed in all four directions, and more precisely in all directions, including not only the four directions but also on the diagonal of the outlet floor panel. Therefore, the conditioned air outlet can be easily and quickly adapted to the optimum position required by the layout change location.

A conditioned air extraction fan is attached to one of the narrow rectangular strip panels that make up the floor panel for the conditioned air outlet, and the arrangement position and direction of the strip panels are arranged in the same manner as the above-mentioned effect. Accordingly, the conditioned air extraction fan can be easily and quickly installed and adapted to the optimal position required by the layout change location, and conditioned air can be forcibly extracted from the underfloor space.
