本考案は下水処理場などで好適に使用される堅

は各種のものが市販に供されているが、撹拌域の
拡大を図るには撹拌羽根を大ならしめるとか、モ
ーター馬力を大ならしめる必要があつて装置が大

ある。こゝに該案内筒2は上下部が喇叺状に拡開
されてなり、上部A内には中心部に向つて複数
(3箇〜6箇程度)の腕杆4を突出させ次述する
撹拌手段のための架台5が固定されてなる。これ
に対し下部Bは基盤1の全周に向つて開放された

θを有するように取付けられてなる。13は案内
筒2内に流水路fを形成するための内側板であつ
て上記撹拌羽根11の始端部上方まで架台5から

本考案装置は上記の如き構成であつて使用にさ
いしては曝気槽など槽底上にチエンなどで吊つて
降下させる。しかして、電源コード20をスイツ
チオンすることによつてモーター8が駆動し撹拌
羽根の回動で流水路f内に矢印ロ方向の水流が生
ずる。このさい本考案装置では同時に別設コンプ
レツサーを作動させ、圧搾空気ホース19、送気
管17及びノズル16を介して椀体14内に噴出
させるのであり、これにより椀体内圧搾空気は椀
体14上部の透孔15から噴出し撹拌羽根11の
内方から外方へ向つて、即ち壁面cの上縁を越え
て撹拌羽根11との間隙tを流れ、流水路fに向
つて流出する。このさい、撹拌羽根11は回動さ
れていることにより流出する圧搾空気流がその下
方のブレイド12で裁断され微細化された状態で

くとも5〜6台の設置を必要としたものが本考案
装置によれば3台設置するだけで充分なものとな

て開放された一定の間隙が形成されるように立設
し、上方から中心内部へモーター、減速機、撹拌
羽根をこの順序に下向き配設し、撹拌羽根の羽根

上記ブレイドとの間に一定の間隙が形成されるよ
うに固設し、他方底面部aには多数の透孔を穿設
すると共に椀体内部には圧搾空気の噴出ノズルを
設け、外方から圧搾空気を導入し椀体上部の透孔
から上記ブレイドとの間隙を経て流水路内に向け
て噴出されるようになさしめたことを特徴とする
