The products are limited to those with high heat resistance, and require equipment such as a furnace for baking. Another problem with the latter was that the adhesion of the patterns was poor.

The process is complicated because it requires an air-drying process after the peeling process, and since the mount is peeled off underwater, the transfer paper has to be in sheets. It was difficult to do so.

There was a method in which an adhesive layer was pressed onto the adhesive and heated and melted to adhere it to the article, but the process was still complicated.

It is characterized by forming layers, and even if a protective layer is formed between the pattern layer and the adhesive film layer, or the pattern layer is formed by adding a pigment to a thermosetting resin and forming an adhesive film. It may also be used as a layer.

After the adhesive film layer is softened by successive pressurization and heating,
After being cured and stabilized, it is baked onto the surface of the article and the pattern layer is transferred.

Become! 111 Layer 2 is formed using a polyester mixture of 0-order melamine resin and saturated polyester resin - melamine thermosetting resin mixed with a pigment for pattern printing as ink, and peeled off by screen printing 11
On the surface of 1112 is a pattern layer 3 that also serves as an adhesive film layer.
is formed with a thickness of about 1 μm to 10 μm. This pattern NI3, which also serves as an adhesive film layer, is in a so-called prepreg state and will not adhere unless it is pressurized and heated. Therefore, even if it is wound into a roll, the pattern layer 3 which also serves as an adhesive film layer
Since the transfer sheet does not adhere to the overlapping base material 1, the transfer sheet of the present invention is a long sheet in the form of a roll as shown in FIG.

The pattern layer 3 is pressed onto the surface of the article 5 to be printed and heated at about 150 to 200°C. By this pressurization and heating, the pattern layer 3, which also serves as an adhesive film layer, is softened and becomes like a thermoplastic resin, and is adhered to the article 5. At the same time, the peeling layer 2 is peeled off from the pattern layer 3 due to the heat, and the base material 1 is peeled off. Furthermore, this peeling Mf & heating is carried out at the above temperature 15
The thermosetting resin is cured at 0 to 200°C for about 30 minutes. The pattern layer 3, which also serves as an adhesive film layer, has been softened by this curing treatment and is then adhesively hardened and transferred to the surface of the article 5. At this time, the pigment is protected by the thermosetting resin layer and is not peeled off or damaged.

Since it is pre-formed, there is no need to peel it off by soaking it in water, and the base material can be peeled off by heating. Therefore, the peeling process can be incorporated into the heat curing process of the adhesive film layer. This method simplifies the process, has a low heat curing temperature, and does not require a special furnace. Furthermore, it is possible to form a protective layer between the pattern layer and the adhesive film layer. Alternatively, the pattern layer can be formed by adding a pigment to a thermosetting resin and also serving as an adhesive film layer, whereby the pattern can be protected by curing the protective layer or the thermosetting resin, particularly in claim 4. The description states that the adhesive film layer side of the transfer sheet is brought into contact with the surface of the object to be transferred and heated under pressure to harden the thermosetting resin of the adhesive film layer and bake the pattern layer onto the object. Since the base material is peeled off, there is no need for a pre-process of printing an adhesive on the article or a process of peeling off the base material under water, which has the effect of simplifying and shortening the transfer process.
