るコアリング回路と、 一方の入力端には前記コアリング回路からの高
域信号を所定のレベルに増幅して入力し、他方の
入力端には前記ローパスフイルターからの低域信
号を入力し、前記2つの信号を加算して、画質調
整及びノイズ除去した輝度信号を出力する加算回
路とを具備したことを特徴とするノイズリダクシ
