However, it has the disadvantage that it loses its shape as soon as a slight external force is applied to it, causing irritation if it falls into the bathtub.

There is a problem.

る。 The present invention eliminates the drawbacks of the conventional combination lids described above, allows individual bathtub lids to be stacked together in a fitted state to prevent them from falling off, and has ribs on the mating surfaces when mated. A hollow space corresponding to the groove is formed to prevent the single pieces from coming into close contact with each other, and to make it possible to easily separate the single pieces, and the interior is hollow to be used as a set of multiple pieces. In the combination lid for a bathtub, an annular abutting part is provided on the periphery of one of the surfaces of each rectangular bathtub lid constituting the combination lid, and this annular contact part is provided as a contact surface with the top surface of the bathtub. A concave portion is formed by adding a step to the inner peripheral side of the abutting portion, and a plurality of rib grooves are recessed in the concave portion along the longitudinal direction at appropriate intervals, and the other side of the single bathtub lid. A convex portion that can fit into the concave portion is formed on the surface of the bathtub, so that when the individual bathtub lids are stacked upward, a cavity corresponding to the rib groove is obtained on the fitting surface. The object of the present invention is to provide a hollow-molded combination lid characterized by the following features.

The bathtub lid unit 1 is hollow inside and has an appropriate thickness, and one of its surfaces comes into contact with the top surface of the bathtub, and a plurality of these are placed side by side on the top surface of the bathtub to form a bathtub. It is made with a lid.

A step 3 is provided on the inner peripheral side of the annular contact portion 2, and a concave portion 4 is formed at an inner position of the contact portion 2. Reference numeral 5 indicates a plurality of rib grooves formed in the concave portion 4, and the top portion 6 of the rib groove 5 is welded to the inside of the other surface of the bathtub lid unit 1. (Fig. 3, Fig. 4) In the illustrated embodiment,
The rib groove 5 is provided continuously along the longitudinal direction of the bathtub lid unit 1 within the concave surface portion 4, but it may also be provided in a state where it is divided into several pieces along the longitudinal direction. It is something.

It protrudes at a location corresponding to the formation position. Note that a step 9 is provided between the convex portion 7 and its peripheral edge 8, but the step 9 may be vertical to match the shape of the step 3, or may be tapered. It's also good. Further, the height of this stepped portion 9 is not particularly limited, and as in the embodiment shown in FIG. Alternatively, as in the embodiment shown in FIG.
It can also be configured so that they do not come into contact with each other. As mentioned above, the step 3 is provided between the contact part 2 and the concave part 4, and the contact part 2 is placed at a higher position than the concave part 4. As a result of experiments by the inventor, the height difference is at least 4
It was found that if the length is 1 mm, the fitting with the convex portion 7 is reliable and the shape does not collapse. There is no particular upper limit on the upper limit, but if the fitting depth is too large, the thickness of the bathtub cover alone will increase in relation to the rib groove, which is undesirable, so the maximum height difference is approximately 10 mm.

ある。 The present invention consists of the above configuration, and as shown in Figures 3 and 4.
As shown in the figure, when the bathtub lid units 1 are stacked upward, the convex portion 7 of the bathtub lid unit 1 located at the lower level overlaps with the concave portion 4 of the bathtub lid unit 1 located at the upper level.
is inserted into the mating state and prevents it from losing its shape. When in this fitted state, a space 10 corresponding to the rib groove 5 is formed on the fitting surface of the single bathtub lid 1. Therefore, even if the bathtub lids 1 are tightly fitted together, a certain amount of air pressure exists within the space 10, so that the bathtub lids 1 can be easily separated from the fitted state. .

It is something that can be done. In addition, when mated, a void corresponding to the rib groove is created on the mating surface, which prevents the two units from coming into close contact with each other. Therefore, it is easy to use even if they are used as a seat in the bathroom and are tightly mated. It is possible to separate the bathtub lid separately. In addition, according to the present invention, it is possible to apply beautiful painting or printing to the convex surface of each bathtub lid, which has the effect of providing a space for painting, and also reduces the overall height when stacked. This also has the effect of being lowered by the fitting height.
