り係脱させるスライドギヤと、このスライドギヤ
を軸方向に移動させるスライド部材と、このスラ
イド部材に取り付けられるとともに、前記車軸と
スピンドルとの間に介装されたチユーブ材とを備
え、このチユーブ材を外部のアクチユエータによ
つて移動させて、前記ドライブギヤとハウジング
とを係合または係合を解除するようにしたことを
