記中心軸に回転自在に支承され流体供給路を有す
る円盤状の固定部材と、この固定部材に一方の端
部が進退自在に設けられかつ他方の端部が前記第
２ハブに回転自在に連結され流体圧によつて第１
ハブ側に第２ハブを動作させる可動部材と、この
可動部材および前記固定部材に固定され可動部材
に復帰習性を付与する板ばねとを備えたことを特
