Claims (1)
- 楕円振動または進行波が発生する圧電素子の端
面に複数のボールを回転自在に支持するとともに
、前記ボールの上に回転体を支持し、該回転体と
前記ボールとの摩擦が前記ボールと前記圧電素子
との摩擦より大きくなるように構成し、かつ前記
圧電素子の前記ボールが移動する通路の一部に溝
または切欠きもしくは凹みを設けたことを特徴と
する超音波駆動装置。
