Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain the back shell of a chair for a vehicle satisfied with the optimum characteristic of light weight and high rigidity by forming a reinforced plastic layer with cloth-shaped reinforced fibers arranged as reinforcing material, on the almost back-shell-shaped core member of hard foamed resin. CONSTITUTION:A core body 1 made of hard foamed polyurethane resin with embedded fixing metal fittings 3 is previously prepared for, and on any mold of one pair of upper and lower molds, one piece of carbon fiber cloth cut in the shape of a back shell is placed, and the core body 1 is placed, and on it again, one piece of the carbon fiber cloth cut almost in the shape of the back shell is placed, and the mold is closed to be sealed. In this case, between the core body and the mold, the uniform space of 0.5mm is formed, and is filled up with the non-hardened epoxy resin of main agent and hardening agent mixed with each other, through an injecting port, and the resin is hardened. The mold is opened, and a molding body is removed from the mold, and the back shell of the chair of a vehicle with high rigidity and light weight and the whole surface excellent in appearance without burr formed on four sides is manufactured.

[Problems to be Solved by the Prior Art and the Invention] There is a constant need to improve the efficiency of chairs for automobiles, trains, levitated trains, and airplanes that run at high speed. As a way to easily obtain a structure that is lightweight, stiff, and highly rigid and has a three-dimensional shape using the front and back sides of a member, such as the back shell of a vehicle chair, we developed sand using glass-based fiber-reinforced materials. One effective method is to adopt an inch structure. An effective method is to use a hard foam with a high expansion rate for the core material of the shank and a thin reinforced plastic layer for the surface material, but in order to mold such a structure, a rigid foam with a high expansion rate is The problem is that it is not possible to use a method that requires high pressure that leaves behind.

The gist of the present invention is to provide a back shell for a passenger chair in which a reinforcing plastin layer is formed with woven reinforcing fibers as a reinforcing material on a substantially back shell-shaped core material made of hard foam resin, and the back shell thereof. It is a manufacturing method. The back shell of the present invention suitably satisfies the characteristics of light weight and high rigidity, and it is even more suitable if carbon fiber fabric is used as the reinforcing fiber of the reinforced plastic layer. In order to obtain the structure of the present invention, a pre-formed hard foam resin is required! The problems seen in the conventional methods described above are solved by placing the back shell-shaped core material and carbon fiber fabric in a sealed mold, and injecting an uncured resin that will become the matrix resin into this and curing it. It is something.

以下図面に従って本発明を具体的に説明する。The present invention will be specifically described below with reference to the drawings.

The present invention adopts an extreme sandwich structure in order to obtain a highly rigid back shell, and in such a structure, if pressure is applied, the hard foamed resin that has been pre-molded will be left behind, so the molding method is limited to molding. The present invention was achieved by discovering that it is effective to impregnate and inject uncured resin into the thin fabric material between the core material and the core material.

Example 1 A core body made of a hard foamed polyurethane resin having a bulk density αIf/− and having a fixing fitting embedded therein was prepared in advance. First, place a sheet of carbon fiber fabric cut into an approximately back shell shape in one of a pair of molds consisting of an upper and lower mold, then place the above-mentioned core body, and place the carbon fiber fabric cut into an approximately back shell shape again on top of it. A sheet of fiber fabric was placed and the mold was closed and sealed. At this time, a uniform gap of 15 cages was created between the core and the mold, and the base material and curing agent were mixed at a ratio of 1:1 through the injection port. Uncured epoxy resin was injected and left at 40C for 15 minutes to harden the resin. The mold was opened, the molded product was removed, and the edges formed on the four sides were removed to create a highly rigid, lightweight, molded vehicle with excellent appearance all over. We were able to manufacture the back shell of a mobile chair.
