ガスと一時空気の取り入れ口となるレギユレタが
配設できる大きさと二次空気の取り入れ口となる
吸気孔を形成し、上記吸気孔より上方には、燃料
ガスが燃焼された熱ガスが排出される大きさの排
気孔を有する。吸気孔と排気孔は同一の孔でも良
い。またロースター内には、多数のガス燃焼口を
有するメーンバーナーを形成し、このメーンバー
ナーの上方にはメーンバーナーから燃焼された熱
ガスを覆うに十分な大きさの焼物用放熱板、鉄板
、金網等を配設し、ガス燃焼口から噴出される燃
料ガスを燃焼させる事によりメーンバーナーの上
方に置かれた焼物用放熱板、鉄板、金網等の上で
被焼物を焼く様にしたロースターに於いて、メー
ンバーナーの燃焼口より下方でメーンバーナーの
底辺より上方から熱ガスの廻りを囲む様に、メー
ンバーナーの廻りを包囲壁で囲む。包囲壁の下端
の高さは出来るだけメーンバーナーの底辺に近付
いた方が熱焼が良い。上記包囲壁とメーンバーナ
ーの間には、燃料ガスの燃焼に必要な二次空気が
吸気できる間〓を保持し、上記包囲壁の上端の高
さは熱ガスの外炎より上方になる様にした事を特
