Abstract

製品の抄造用には適用し難いという問題がある、又小形
モールド製品用では上記2個の回転ドラムは連続回転さ
せた状′態において受渡しが行われ得たけれども大形で
深いモールド製品の抄造ではドラムが大形化しかつ連続
回転を行い得す、停止状態において受渡しを行わなけれ
ばならないし、雌型及び雄型の位置決め精度が求め難い
という問題がある。

出コンベヤ15上まで復動し抄造モールド14は該雄型
6の空気吹出しによって該コンベヤ15上に取卸され上
述同様の動作を繰返すものである。

連動機構4によって間歇動作を行う、この連動機構4は
上記水平軸17に設けたスプロケット23と機枠16に
軸支した従動スプロケット24とをチェ725で接続し
、従動スプロケット24の回動軸に回動腕4′を設け、
該腕lの先端と上記摺動枠3とを連杆lで接続してなる
ものである。この摺動枠3の内部には小形摺動枠11を
架設し、上記摺動枠3に設けたシリンダー26によって
第2図実線位置から仮想線位置に往復摺動させることが
できる。上記水平軸17の一端に円板1′を設け、該円
板1′に第5図に示す切欠ストッパ27を形成し、該ス
トッパ27に緩衝ゴム28を接着し、機枠16側にL形
金具29をビン3σで枢支し、該金具29の先端を上記
緩衝ゴム28の下面に出入させるシリンダー30を設け
て回転ドラム1の緩衝ストッパ装置を形成し、かつ機枠
16に水平軸17に向ってシリンダー31によって出入
するテーパービン32を設は上記円板1′側に該テーパ
ービン32を嵌合するテーパー孔33を設けることによ
って上記ドラム1及び摺動枠3の停止位置決め装置8を
構成するものである。該ドラム1及び摺動枠3の停止位
置では上向となった雌型5と下向の雄型6とは対向しシ
リンダー7による昇降装置7を動作して雄型6を下降さ
せるものであって、雌型5側に設けた上向テーパーピン
グに雄型6側に設けた下向開口管rを嵌合させるように
して雄型6と雌型5との嵌合案内装置9となしく第4図
)、かつ該嵌合動作によって雄型6は上記シリンダー7
に介設した偏心吸収ゴムによるフローティングジヨイン
ト10’によって水平面内を若干移動し、該ジヨイント
1σによって雄型6の遊動部10が形成される。水平軸
17は中空であって雌型5と圧気管及びバキューム管で
接続し、水平軸17に吹出吸引切換弁を介して接続され
該水平軸17はコンプレッサ及びバキュームポンプに接
続される。又上記雄型6にも圧気管34及びバキューム
管35を切換弁を介して接続し上記切換弁はドラム1の
間歇回転又は摺動枠3の間歇往復摺動に伴って自動的に
吹出、吸引が切換えられる。小形摺動枠11には雌形6
を複数(2債)設け、複数(2個)の上記雌型5との組
合せによって複数種類の抄造モールド14による製品を
製造することができる。尚図中“36で示すものは雄型
6の下降案内ガ、イド、37は上昇用発条、38は小形
摺動枠11のガイドレールである。

けてなる大形モールド製品抄造装置。
