Description
【発明の詳細な説明】
この発明は人造石成形品の注型成形法に関す
る。最近、建築や家具等に使用する素材として、
アクリル系樹脂シロツプに微粉状の無機質充填材
を加え、これ等を有機過酸化物の存在下で注型成
形した各種形状の人造石成形品が多用されるよう

リル等の有機過酸化物を加えて十分混練した混合

着したから、成形原料のゲル化後重合硬化時点で
生ずる収縮はポリエステルフイルム8が存在する

いから、従来のような不良品の発生がなく、成形

型3をセツトし、加圧加熱してゲル化後重合硬化
させ、収縮を成形品の裏面に集中して発生するよ
うにしたことを特徴とする人造石成形品の注型成
