に往復移動可能に配置され、長尺パイプを転動部
に移送する移送機構と、 この移送機構を前記凹入下限位置から傾斜上限
位置にわたつて往復移動させる駆動源と、 前記転動部に配置されて該転動部上の長尺パイ
プ残量を検出するとともに、前記駆動源に移動機
構の上昇信号を出力する第1検出器と、 前記ストツパに当接して停止させられている長
尺パイプに対応して設けられ該長尺パイプを前記
搬送ラインに向けて搬出する搬送機構と、 前記搬送ラインに配置されて該搬送ラインへの
長尺パイプの供給必要状態を検出し、前記搬送機
