- 上方に開口部を有する庖丁の刃部が収納できる
刃受け部を設け、該刃受け部の背面の外側に吸盤
を取付けた庖丁受け具において、刃受け部の長手
方向の両端から内側に寄つた位置に刃受け部の上
方の開口部から下方に延びる切欠きを設けたこと
を特徴とする庖丁受け具。
