[Detailed description of the invention] (Field of industrial application) The present invention relates to a power battery consumption indicator lamp device for a marker lamp, and while the voltage of the power battery inserted into the marker lamp body is high, the indicator lamp continues to light up,
When the battery is exhausted and the voltage has dropped to a point where the indicator light cannot be turned on, and the battery needs to be replaced in order to continue lighting the indicator lamp, the indicator lamp cannot be turned off even if the indicator lamp can still be lit. It has a field of use where it automatically turns off the light to indicate when it is time to replace the battery.

However, it is not uncommon for road construction sites to use hundreds of marker lights to prevent accidents at night, and many people do not know that the marker lights suddenly stop turning on at night due to battery depletion. Even if they are used, depending on the location where the marker lights are used, there is a risk that the lights may not be able to provide an indication by blinking, leading to accidents, but no countermeasures have been taken.

(Problems to be Solved by the Present Invention) It is due to neglect in management that indicator lights indicating danger suddenly stop lighting up at night due to battery exhaustion. For this reason, to determine when it's time to replace the battery, a marker light that only emits light in the dark is brought into a dark room and the brightness is used as a guide, but this judgment is based on different people's senses and is not an accurate standard.

As a countermeasure to this problem, the present invention has developed a device that automatically indicates this depletion with an indicator lamp when the voltage drop due to battery depletion reaches a certain standard, and regardless of whether the marker lamp has the ability to light up. The problem to be solved was to develop and provide the product at a low cost.

(Means for Solving the Problems) The purpose of the power battery consumption indicator lamp device for marker lights of the present invention is to solve the above-mentioned problems. In a marker light which is provided with a lighting circuit in which a circuit element such as the above is inserted, and a terminal plug of the lighting circuit provided outside the case is connected to a battery which is inserted into the marker lamp body in a freely exchangeable manner, A display circuit connected to the circuit is provided, and a switch element is inserted in the display circuit to cut off the current of the display circuit when the battery voltage decreases to a certain value before the indicator lamp becomes unable to light due to a voltage drop. This is characterized in that a display lamp is inserted into the display circuit and the display lamp is attached to the indicator case. The display lamp installed in the display circuit of the present invention may be a light emitting diode, a neon lamp or other electroluminescent material.

A lighting circuit 7 (FIG. 3) in which a light sensor 8 and a flashing device 9 are inserted as circuit elements is provided inside the indicator case 6, and a circuit plug 10 outside the case 6 is provided at the top of the battery tube 3. It is attached by screwing into the socket 5, a socket 12 inserted into the lighting circuit 7 is protruded from the top of the indicator case 6, and a marker lamp 13 is attached to this. Further, a globe 14 covering the indicator case 6 and the marker lamp lamp 13 is fastened to the upper part of the marker lamp body 1 by tightening with a fastening band 15.

The lighting circuit 7 is provided with a display circuit 23 that shares a battery in parallel as shown in FIG.
The ground side of the lamp 21 is connected to the emitter of the transistor Tr. At the base of the transistor Tr are the battery 4 of the lighting circuit 7 and the light sensor 8 blinking circuit 9.
A branched base circuit 22 is connected between the circuit elements. Resistors R 1 and R 2 are inserted in the circuit 22, and when the battery 4 is exhausted, the marker light is turned on, but when the battery voltage drops to a certain value, no current is supplied to the base, and the transistor Make Tr non-conductive. The indicator lamp 21 made of a light emitting diode stops emitting light as the ground side is cut off with the aforementioned non-conduction of the transistor Tr.

(Operations and Effects of the Present Invention) According to the present invention, the indicator lamp 21 is lit together with the marker lamp 13 according to the configuration shown in the above-mentioned embodiment, but the power consumption thereof should be as small as 2 to 3 mA. This has no effect on the consumption of the battery 4, and if the voltage of the battery 4 is, for example, a maximum of 3 to 6V, the indicator light 13 can still be lit even if it reaches a predetermined value of 1V or less. Even if the battery voltage is high, the switch element acts to turn off the indicator lamp 21, so the time to replace the battery can be clearly indicated by turning off the light, without having to feel the difference depending on the person. It is effective,
While the indicator lamp 21 is on, the marker lamp 13 can be used with confidence. Therefore, it is possible to avoid the irresponsible management that assumes that the battery should be replaced when the marker light 13 goes out.
