  1. 【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 フロアパネルの外側方において車両前後方向に
    延びるサイドシルの後端部に続いてホイールハウ
    スが設けられ、フロアパネルの下方を上記ホイー
    ルハウスの内壁面に沿つて車両前後方向に延びる
    サイドメンバの前端部が、上記サイドシルの後部
    内側面に結合される自動車のリヤサイド部の車体
    構造であつて、 上記サイドメンバは、ホイールハウスの内壁面
    に沿う外側パネル部がホイールハウスの前部コー
    ナ部からさらに前方に延出した後折れ曲がつて車
    幅方向外方に延出して上記サイドシルの内側パネ
    ルの内側面に接合されているとともに、 上記サイドシルの後端部に、その内側パネルか
    ら一体的にホイールハウスの前部コーナ部に沿つ
    て車幅方向内方に延出する立て壁状の延長パネル
    を設け、この延長パネルを上記外側パネル部の外
    側面に接合して、これらによりホイールハウスの
    前方において閉断面部を形成したことを特徴とす
    る、自動車のリヤサイド部の車体構造。
