Claims (1)
４着脱用クランプ５より形成された弁筺６と、蓋
体４の上に固定されたヨーク７と、ヨーク７の上
に固定されたシリンダ８とを有し、弁筺６に弁棒
９をまたシリンダ８に第１ピストンロツド１０を
夫々上下動自在に縦挿して当該弁棒９の上端と第
１ピストンロツド１０の下端をヨーク７内におい
てジヨイント１１により連結し、弁棒９の下端に
前記弁座３に着座する弁栓１２を、第１ピストン
ロツド１０のシリンダ内個所に第１ピストン１３
を夫々固定し、第１ピストンロツド１０において
第１ピストン１３より上側の個所にパイプ状の第
２ピストンロツド１４を上下動自在に嵌着し、第
２ピストンロツド１４の下端に第２ピストン１５
を設け且つ第２ピストン１５と第１ピストン１３
との間にスプリング１６を挟入し、シリンダ８の
上側壁および下側壁に上側エアージヨイント１８
および下側エアージヨイント１９を連結し、第２
ピストンロツド１４の外側に外周に雄ネジ２０を
刻設され且つ外端にローレツト付きツマミ２１を
もつパイプ状調整ボルト２２を上下摺動および回
転自在に嵌着し、シリンダ８の天壁において第１
および第２ピストンロツド１０，１４および調整
ボルト２２の外出し用孔の切縁に内周面に雌ネジ
２３を刻設された螺管２４を設けて当該雌ネジ２
３と前記雄ネジ２０とを螺合させたことを特徴と
