イヤフラム室の内部に延在する調圧ねじを螺回す
るハンドルとを含み、前記ダイヤフラム室内にポ
リテトラフルオロエチレンからなり曲率中心をボ
デイ側とボンネツト側とに存在するように交互に
湾曲したダイヤフラムを配設し、前記調圧ねじに
よつて弾発力の調整が図られるコイルスプリング
を介して前記ダイヤフラムを押圧すると共に減圧
弁の開度を調節するよう構成することを特徴とす
る減圧弁。 (2) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項記載の減圧
弁において、ダイヤフラムは外側湾曲部から内側
湾曲部にかけてその肉厚を増加するよう構成して
なる減圧弁。 (3) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項記載の減圧弁において、減圧弁は供給ポートと
排出ポートとの間に画成される減圧室に延在する
円筒状の突部と、減圧弁本体に形成され前記突部
に係合する環状突部とからなり、少なくとも前記
環状突部はポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる
減圧弁。 (4) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項記載の減圧弁において、減圧弁は供給ポートと
排出ポートとの間に画成される減圧室に延在する
円筒状の突部と、減圧弁本体に形成され且つ前記
突部に係合する傾斜肩部とを有し、前記肩部は少
なくともポリテトラフルオロエチレンからなる減
圧弁。 (5) 実用新案登録請求の範囲第1項または第2
項記載の減圧弁において、減圧弁は供給ポートと
排出ポートとの間に画成される減圧室に延在する
