示すごとく上部わん曲部(1)と下部わん曲部(2)を
設け、それぞれに開口部(3)を作り・一体構造とし、
下部わん曲部の上部を鋭角(4)し、本荷締め用部材に
第2図に示すようにロブを装着する、なお下部わん曲部
の上部を鋭角にすることにより張力をかけると鋭角の箇
所にローブが食い込み本部材の上下の移動を防I卜する

以下図面について、本発明の詳細な説明すると第1図は
