Abstract

PURPOSE:To regulate the emission of noise to the outside by locking a sound insulating curtain made of a sheet comprising a sound absorbing layer, sound insulating layer and facing sheet layer piled and having flexibility to the upper end of a guard fence for parting a construction block. CONSTITUTION:A rock wool layer 9 for absorbing sound, a resin sheet 10 of high specific gravity for insulating sound and a resin sheet layer 11 for a tent as a facing sheet are piled. In addition, a screen layer 12 for protecting the rock wool layer 9 is piled on it to form a sheet 7. A pair of right and left hook sections 8 is provided to the upper edge section 7a of the sheet 7 forming a sound insulating curtain 6. The sound insulating curtain 6 is hung with the hook sections 8 of the sound insulating curtain 6 locked to the upper end section 1a of the guard fence 1 and the rock wool layer 9 facing to a construction block side covering the guard fence 1 for parting the construction block.

<Conventional technology> At construction sites, such as road construction sites, the noise from various excavating machines and the constant pressure machine for soil consolidation overlap, making it difficult to work in urban areas, especially when working at night. It is subject to noise pollution. In addition, the problem becomes even more serious when construction work is carried out near buildings that require special quietness, such as hospitals, schools, libraries, etc.

<Means for Solving the Problems> In other words, in this invention, a construction zone that generates noise is separated from the outside environment by a soundproof curtain, and the noise emitted from the construction zone is prevented from dispersing into the outside environment. . Specifically, the soundproof curtain according to the present invention includes a flexible sheet-like body in which a sound-absorbing layer, a sound-insulating layer, and an exterior sheet layer are laminated in a desired shape, and the upper edge of the sheet-like body is formed into a desired shape. A hook part that can be freely latched to the upper end of the construction zone guard fence is provided.

By placing a construction zone guard fence, which is normally used at construction sites, in the vicinity of the noise source or noise generating location at the construction site, and by locking the hook part to the upper end of this guard fence. Hang soundproof curtains. This soundproof curtain is made of a flexible sheet-like body made by laminating a sound-absorbing layer, a sound-insulating layer, and an exterior sheet layer, so noise is absorbed and shielded by this soundproof curtain and does not radiate outside. The most effective way is to surround the band on all four sides with soundproof curtains, but at least placing them in the direction of buildings where you are concerned about the effects of noise can be effective. In addition, since this soundproof curtain is made of a flexible sheet-like material, it can be rolled up or folded when not in use for convenient storage and transportation.

As shown in the figure, a set of two soundproof curtains 6 can be hung so as to cover the entire surface of one guard fence 1. This soundproof curtain 6 has a rectangular sheet-like body 7 with a pair of left and right hooks 8 on the upper edge 7a thereof. Then, this sheet-like body 7 is
Rockwool N9 is used as the "sound absorbing layer", high-density resin sheet RF110 is used as the "sound insulating layer", and resin sheet layer 11 for tents is laminated as the "exterior sheet layer", and a mesh is added to the outermost side to protect the rockwool layer 9. It is formed by laminating screen layers 12 of the shape (see FIG. 4). Rock wool N9 has a specific gravity of 0.2, and the resin sheet ji

In addition, the resin sheet layer 11 for the tent as an "exterior sheet layer" is folded and sewn around the sheet-like body 7 from the back side to the front side with a constant width size, and furthermore, one end 13 of the sheet-like body 7 is formed only of resin sheet N11 so that it can be bent freely, and a magic fastener 14 extending in the vertical direction is sewn on the front side of the resin sheet N11. Further, another magic fastener 16 (that is, corresponding to the magic fastener 14) extending in the vertical direction is sewn onto the back side of the other end 15 of the sheet-like body 7. Further, at the lower end of the sheet-like body 7, a hanging part 17 formed only of the resin sheet layer 11 is continuously formed to make contact with the ground and stabilize the soundproofing property when the sheet-like body 7 is hung.

As a general method of use, there is a method of surrounding the construction band body with this soundproof curtain 6. That is, a plurality of guard fences 1 are first used to surround the construction zone on all four sides. Next, two soundproof curtains 6 are hung from the second guard fence 1, with the rock wool layer 9 as a "sound absorbing layer" facing toward the construction site. At this time, the one end 13 and the other end 15 of the soundproof curtains 6 suspended from the guard fence 1 of the -stand are overlapped and the magic fasteners 14 and 16 are glued to integrate them, and at the same time, other adjacent soundproof curtains 6 Glue and integrate with both (5th
(See figure), and in the part where the guard fence 1 is arranged at a right angle, as mentioned above (one end 13 of the soundproof curtain 6 is bendable, only this one end 13 is bent at right angle, and the other end of the adjacent soundproof curtain 6 is bent). 15 and the magic fasteners 14 and 16 are glued together (see Figure 6).In this way, the noise generated from the construction zone surrounded by the soundproof curtain 6 is channeled through the soundproof curtain 6 to the outside environment. Since the emission of noise is suppressed, it exhibits an excellent noise prevention effect. When we actually measured the noise at a road construction site, we found that the soundproof curtain 6 was used and not used. 5-6 for surrounding noise
There was a difference in the horn. In addition, since the entire construction zone is surrounded by the soundproof curtain 6 in this way, the external environment cannot be seen from the construction zone, and construction workers can carry out construction without worrying about the line of sight of general pedestrians or the external situation. This allows them to concentrate on their work, which is favorable from the standpoint of work efficiency and work safety.

In addition to this method of enclosing the entire construction zone, there is also a method of enclosing only the noise source. For example, a "noise source" that supplies power by driving a generator with an engine.
There is also a method of using the soundproof curtain 6 to surround only the power supply vehicle. Furthermore, the effect can be recognized even if the soundproof curtain 6 is placed in the direction of the building where the influence of noise is a concern, without surrounding the entire area.

<Effects of the Invention> Since the soundproof curtain according to the present invention has the content as described above, it can be simply hung from a guard fence for a construction zone commonly used at a construction site to reduce the noise emitted from the construction zone.
