Description
The technical solution proposed as a utility model relates to devices used in building structures for noise protection of housing buildings through which transport routes pass or within which new construction has begun. Such structures perform protective functions and at the same time should not violate the architectural infrastructure of the building.
A large number of soundproof devices are known, for example, US Pat. RU 2155252, US Pat. RU 71990, US Pat. RU 2176005, US Pat. RU 2222661, characterized by a variety of design features of acoustic panels and their fastening elements in the manufacture of screens. When designing screens, developers, as a rule, paid attention to strengthening such structures so that they could withstand not only the effects of acoustic waves, but also the forceful effects of powerful air currents that occur when heavy vehicles are passing - train or train. As a result, almost all noise screens are capital, monolithic structures that have a very non-aesthetic appearance. Therefore, the construction of such screens inside housing buildings, especially for enclosing temporary construction sites, summer cottage type buildings or fencing children's, medical facilities, is hardly advisable.
So, Pat. US No. 5406039, 1995, which describes a noise suppression device assembled on a continuous concrete base throughout the protected area from supporting I-beams and acoustic panels laid with a crane in the space between the beams. Such a screen is able to withstand the forceful effects of acoustic and air waves of high power, but does not provide effective sound suppression, since it only reflects the wave without its absorption. The process of erecting a screen is extremely low-tech.
A device known as a noise shield according to US Pat. RU No. 2222662, 2004. Such a device has good noise insulation properties. It is also assembled on a foundation and a frame frame with racks to which acoustic panels are attached in the form of a three-layer flat package in the form of two membranes and a sound-absorbing element between them and a mesh installed on the side of the sound source. However, the manufacturing technology of such a screen is quite complicated, in particular because of the complexity of manufacturing a sound-absorbing element and its installation. Such screens are impractical to erect inside housing developments, since they have an unattractive appearance.
For the totality of design features, as the closest analogue, we select the device according to the patent of the Russian Federation No. 2235823, publ. 2004.09.10. This is a noise protection device comprising acoustic panels connected to support stands mounted on a foundation. Structural stability is provided by internal and external screens, with which acoustic panels are attached to the racks. To enable the rotation of panels with screens, the supporting racks are made in the form of a pipe, and the fastening is carried out using tightening nodes. This device does not provide effective protection against noise, and the technology for its assembly is not perfect, since it requires a lot of labor and manual labor.
The objective of the proposed technical solution is to develop a protective shield design that has good noise-shielding properties and a simplified technology that provides for quick assembly and disassembly of the structure and at the same time has an attractive appearance that is in harmony with the building architecture.
The problem was solved by using construction panels with acoustic panels in the construction of a protective screen as a frame made of wooden blocks containing as a sound-absorbing module slabs of mineral wool in combination with a mesh and a battens of a side facing the sound sources. The panels are installed between the supporting posts, made in the form of an I-beam and secured with a vibration damping pad in the form of a profile rubber tape attached to the vertical bars of the frame.
The result achieved by the implementation of the proposed technical solution is to simplify the manufacturing technology of such a screen, since it does not require the use of special construction equipment, all structural elements are delivered to the installation site in a finished form and are installed “from the wheels”. The screen itself has an attractive appearance, as it is made of processed wood panels. It has good soundproof and durable properties.
The proposed technical solution is illustrated by drawings: in Fig.1 shows a General view of the screen, Fig.2 shows a General view of the acoustic panel in the analysis, figure 3 shows the mounting unit of the panel in the rack.
The device for protection against noise, shown in figure 1, contains the supporting posts 1 and acoustic panels 2. Racks are made in the form of an I-beam. Plate 3 with holes for mounting on the foundation are welded to the base of the rack. Foundation 4 is made in the form of a concrete base with anchor bolts embedded in it. It can be continuous or in the form of separate blocks. In areas of soft soil, the foundation may be in the form of clogged piles. The design of the panel is shown in figure 2. The panel is made in the form of a frame 5 of wooden blocks. It contains filler 6 in the form of mineral wool slabs. The rear wall 7 is made of grooved boards. Mesh 8 is attached to the frame along the entire plane. Any mesh on a polymer basis with weaving can be applied in the panel: 6 threads / cm, weft and 16 threads / cm, on the base. It is preferable to use a grid of the HDPE brand with a density of 170 g / m2. The mesh is fastened with brackets. A decorative rail 9 is attached along the grid 8 with the overlapping bars of the frame. The location of the rail is chosen arbitrarily (horizontally, vertically or diagonally), depending on the general appearance of the screen being created and the architecture of the building. The number of installed rails should be such that at least 30% of the front surface remains uncovered and provides free access inside. This is achieved if the gap between the installed rails is at least 1/3 of the width of the rails. A filler 6 is laid on the inside of the frame cavity on the mesh 8. Preferably, a 50 mm thick plate with a density of 80 to 100 kg / m3 is used. The rear wall 7 is made of grooved boards attached to the frame. An air cavity is formed between the back wall and the filler inside the frame, which improves the sound-absorbing characteristics of the panel. The acoustic panel contains two types of seals. A gasket 10 is installed along the horizontal bars of the frame, and a rubber seal 11 is installed along the vertical bars directly along the rails 9. As a gasket 10, it is preferable to use a rubber tape made of foamed polyurethane. Seal 11 is a standard rubber band available on the market. The dimensions of the panel in three dimensions (length, width, height) depend on the size of the screen in which they will be installed. Preferably, the standard size is 2950 × 1000 × 140 mm.
All wooden panel parts are subjected to protective treatment in an autoclave by impregnation under pressure, which ensures deep impregnation of wood with various antiseptics, which guarantees a high degree of protection against mold and other atmospheric influences.
All fasteners are stainless steel.
10.Facing materials for the front and back panels are made of high quality treated wood, which gives the panel an improved design and good harmonization with the architecture of the building. Figure 3 shows the mounting unit of the panel 2 in the I-pillar support 1. Due to the seal 11, which simultaneously plays the role of a vibration damping pad, the panel is installed in the beam in an "interference fit". The next vertical panel is also installed in the "interference" in the rack and sealed with the underlying due to the gasket 10.
The acoustic panels used in the claimed screen satisfy the requirements of SNiP 23-03-2003 “Protection against noise”, GOST 23499-79 and are recommended for use as components of noise shields.
Technical documentation for the manufacture of noise screens of the claimed design has been developed.
The technical result of the proposed device is to increase the efficiency during its construction, due to the simplified technology while maintaining soundproofing properties.
