図中、1は光源、2は半透明ミラー、3は正弦
波信号発生器、4は移動体、5は移動ミラー(反
射ミラー)、6は第1の受光器、7は第2の受光
器、8は位相差カウンタ(計測手段)を示す。

受光器で検出された振幅変調波の基準位相と比較
し、その位相差を測定し被測定物体までの距離を
求める計測手段とを備えたことを特徴とする光式
