て、 前記スイツチ手段はドレインソース間回路が前
記1次コイルに対して並列に接続され、ゲートに
前記トリガ信号が与えられる電界効果トランジス
タからなつていることを特徴とする内燃機関用点
火装置。 (2) 内燃機関に取付けられた発電機内に設けら
れて、機関の回転に同期して1次コイルに電圧を
誘起するエキサイタコイルと、点火コイルと、前
記エキサイタコイルに対して並列に接続されたス
