Claims (1)
- パルスモータにより微動ステージを移動させ、
該ステージ上の発光素子が発する光をレンズを用
いて光フアイバ等の微小部分に最適な集光を行な
う自動光軸合せ装置において、前記パルスモータ
のステツプ数を読み取るエンコーダを有すること
を特徴とする自動光軸合せ装置。
