で把手の操作部を冠着するカバー本体と、前記把
手の軸部を冠着するカバー係着体とからなり、該
カバー係着体を上下２分割するとともにその分割
面に前記軸部を冠着する際にこのカバー係着体を
係止する係合部を形成し、前記カバー本体の端部
をカバー係着体で挟持するようにしたことを特徴
