Claims (1)

【実用新案登録請求の範囲】 (1) 石膏ボードやベニヤ板あるいは合成木板等
の釘保持力の弱い板体2に設けた孔部3に挿入固
定される合成樹脂製の釘保持用部材であつて、 板体2に設けた孔部3に挿入せしめられる釘挿
入用の筒体7の少なくとも基端側部位には、接着
剤流出用の流出孔11が、孔部3の内周面部3a
と対向するごとくかつ筒体7の空室部30に連通
するごとく形成されるとともに、該空室部30の
略全長に亘つて割線33が設けられ、 又筒体外面部の流出孔11より先端側部位には
、外周縁部分17が前記孔部3の内周面部3aと
当接しうる環状突起部10が該筒体7の周囲を取
り囲んだ状態に突出形成されていることを特徴と
する釘保持用部材。 (2) 石膏ボードやベニヤ板あるいは合成木板等
の釘保持力の弱い板体2に設けた孔部3に挿入固
定される合成樹脂製の釘保持用部材であつて、 板体に設けた孔部3に挿入せしめられる釘挿入
用の筒体7を合体によつて形成できかつ先端部に
おいて屈曲可能に連結された一対の半割片5,5
を具えており、 該半割片5,5の夫々には、接着剤流出用の流
出孔11がその基端側部位に形成されており、 又両半割片5,5が合体した状態において、外
周縁部分17が前記孔部の内周面部3aと当接し
うる環状突起部10が筒体7の周囲を取り囲んだ
状態に突出形成されるよう、半割片5,5の夫々
の外面部には、半円環状をなす鍔部19が突出形
成されていることを特徴とする釘保持用部材。 (3) 筒体7の基端内面部に環状膨出部14が周
設されており、該環状膨出部14によつて形成さ
れる孔部は、筒体先端部に向かうにつれて稍小径
となりかつ接着剤供給器の供給先端部12の外周
面部13と密接に当接しうるテーパ孔部15とさ
れている請求項(1)記載の釘保持用部材。 (4) 筒体先端部に向かうにつれて稍小径となり
かつ接着剤供給機の供給先端部12の外周面部1
3と密接に当接しうるテーパ孔部15が、半割片
合体状態において筒体の基端内面部に形成される
よう、半割片5の基端内面部に半円弧状膨出部1
6が突出形成されている請求項(2)記載の釘保持
用部材。 (5) 環状突起部10の複数が、筒体7の軸線方
向に所要間隔を隔てて突出形成されている、請求
項(1)又は(3)記載の釘保持用部材。 (6) 半円環状をなす鍔部19の複数が、半割片
5の長さ方向に所定間隔を隔てて突出形成されて
いる、請求項(2)又は(4)記載の釘保持用部材。 (7) 環状突起部10が可撓性を有する円板状に
形成されている請求項(1)記載の釘保持用部材。 (8) 鍔部19が可撓性を有する半円板状に形成
されている請求項(2)記載の釘保持用部材。
