欠凹部７より頭部５側は脚体１の基部内径より大
径の大径部８とされ、軸部６の切欠凹部７より先
端側は脚体１の基部内径と略同一径の小径部９と
され、脚体１の基部側端面が大径部８の切欠凹部
７側の端面に環状に接当するように、前記脚体１
の基部が頭部体４の小径部９に外嵌固着されてい
