    、この冷却フアン６を取り囲む状態で配設したス
    パイラルケース７でエンジン本体Ｅの前面を覆う
    ようにした空冷エンジンにおいて、 エンジン本体Ｅのシリンダブロツク２の後側部
    分に排気消音装置１５を配置し、この排気消音装
    置１５のシリンダブロツク２側に位置する内側面
    １６をシリンダブロツク２に突設されている冷却
    フイン１７の外周形状に合わせて形成し、排気消
    音装置１５をその内側面１６が冷却フイン１７の
    外端縁と非接触の状態に配置することにより、排
    気消音装置１５の内側面１６をシリンダブロツク
    ２での冷却風案内面に構成したことを特徴とする
    空冷エンジンの冷却風案内装置。
